Accessibility Statement

PhotoBooth Today · Last updated: October 2026

The short version.
  • We want everyone to be able to use PhotoBooth Today, including people who rely on assistive technology.
  • Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we are working through the site to get there.
  • If something gets in your way, email us and we'll fix it or find you another way to do it.

PhotoBooth Today is a product of Mectrix Technologies LLC. This statement explains our commitment to accessibility, what we have done so far, where we know we still fall short, and how to tell us when something isn't working for you.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making PhotoBooth Today accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to be fixed, not as feature requests.

2. What we have done

  • Form labels — every visible field on our public forms (sign-in, inquiry, booking, "find a photo booth", quote, contract and invoice pages) is linked to its label so screen readers announce it correctly.
  • Keyboard focus — keyboard focus is always visible; we no longer remove the focus outline on inputs, and interactive controls can be reached and operated with the keyboard.
  • Skip links — a "Skip to main content" link is the first thing on every page so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump past the navigation.
  • Text alternatives — icon-only buttons and links carry an accessible name, and decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Structure — pages use proper headings, landmarks and semantic HTML so content can be navigated by structure.

3. Known limitations

We are still working on the following, and some pages may not yet fully conform:

  • Colour contrast review — we are reviewing text and control contrast across the site, in particular on the marketing pages and in brand-coloured elements. Some combinations may not yet meet the 4.5:1 ratio.
  • Signed-in portal pages — the operator and client portals (dashboards, schedules, finance and settings pages) have not yet been fully audited. Some tables, modals and icon controls there may be harder to use with a screen reader or keyboard.
  • Third-party content — payment checkout and bot protection are provided by third parties and are outside our direct control.

4. How to report a problem

If you find a page or feature that is hard to use, or you need information from PhotoBooth Today in another format, email support@photobooth.today. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you were using. We'll reply promptly, work with you on a way to complete your task, and prioritise the fix.

5. Keeping this statement current

We review this statement as we complete accessibility work. When we make material progress or find new limitations, we'll update the date above.
